I didn’t have much time this weekend for coming up with new content, but my main plan was to make a new ‘welcome video’ which I couldn’t even start to work on until a few hours ago. All this to say, I have nothing new coming out today for the exception of an announcement of a new thing (this is what I would consider a cheap post).
I will be creating a new series of videos for subscribers that can on be found on the Engineering Politics Locals Community. In these videos, I will go over my general thoughts on politics and culture at the time in more loose, rant-style format. I will also be taking questions from all members of the community via the mailbag (email or feed submissions) and even live submissions in the future. This idea came from the feedback I receive in a community poll a few weeks ago. My goal is to do at least one video a week.
But before I do this, I must really think upon the key aspect of this video series that will either make or break the idea all together. I’m of course referring to the title of the series. I haven’t come up with a good name, and I would love to get your feedback. The only name I’ve come up with so far is the ‘EP Zone’ which sounds kind of cheesy (you can also ignore the image below if you don't understand the Parks and Rec reference). I will again ask the community for more help on this mental roadblock I’m having. Please give your honest feedback below. I will also take any other suggestions you have about the video series in general.
I was listening to some news updates when I heard this CNN clip about the potentially hazardous water in East Palestine, and as soon as I heard her ask the question about whether or not her guest would drink the water, I IMMEDIATELY thought of this clip from South Park. Enjoy.
